I saw a great bumper sticker the other day:

"If the fetus you save is gay, will you fight for its rights?"

Haha. Yeah, I think this could apply to Lefties or Righties. I am actually not sure which group it was meant for.

It is certainly a "left jab," but I'm curious how you might see it as a "right hook."

I thought it could be either:

Jabbing the left - because they fight for gay rights, would they at least protect a baby if it were gay?

Hooking the right - the only way that the right would protect gay rights, is if it were in the form of a fetus.

I dunno. I think it could go either way.

I had the benefit of reading other stickers on the car, so maybe my presumption it was obvious was prejudicial. Another sticker on the car read "Actually, my mother is pro-choice."

It's definitely slamming rightwingers. I can't see it being inferred any other way.

Pro-lifers are generally rightwing/Christian Conservatives. Thus, in general, they don't support gay rights but think that the unborn human life has a right to life.

Pro-choicers often don't prescribe such rights to an unborn child...because if they did, then they wouldn't be pro-choice.

...So, the real key to me is: Why would a pro-choicer "save" a fetus? I would think that only a pro-lifer would save (i.e. rescue) a fetus.
