Connectivity of Kochi

There are a number of airlines operating from Kochi like Air Deccan, Air India, Air India Express, Air Sahara, Emirates, Go Air, Gulf Air, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines, Kuwait Airways, Mahan Air, Oman Air, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Silk Air, SriLankan Airlines and Qatar Airways. It is the fifth busiest airport in India. The airport buildings are built in the traditional Kerala architectural style with the International and Domestic terminals located right next to each other. It is also known to be the first Indian airport built using private investment. The airport is expanding at a very fast pace. An extensive network of rails also connects Kochi to the rest of India.
