Murray Rothbard... Crazy?

I have read many writings of Murray Rothbard and I have found him to be a brilliant thinker. B-Ran and I had some coffee and he said that he had heard that Murray Rothbard believes some pretty crazy things. According to rumor, Rothbard said that a person's children are their property, so they can do what they want with them... even kill them if they feel like it. I have been searching and searching, and I can't find this. Instead, I have found the opposite.
